Beyond the Surface. Into the Soul.
Whether you are in the midst of a Dark Night of the Soul or are searching for guidance not always found in traditional therapy, you may be in the right place. If you find yourself repeatedly seeking answers to life’s questions (big or small), this is the space for you to find guidance along the way, practices to grow with, and courses to support that journey.
We aren’t just products of our environment. We aren’t just what happened to us in childhood. And we aren’t just who we show up as day to day. If you’ve ever been curious about what might be causing those internal battles, relationship challenges, or ruminating thoughts… hey, me too! It’s what drove me to work on my own healing.

My purpose
My purpose is to teach people how to love themselves.
To teach others how to love themselves, I have had to learn how to (and am still learning how to) love myself first. Whether you work with me 1-on-1 as a client, listen to my podcast, do my free meditations, take an online course, or read my book, these are the tools I offer to help you learn what took me decades to learn. These tools will help you do the work of learning to love yourself too.
Grow with the Practices.
Free guided meditations and short practices to help you come back to yourself when you need clarity, grounding, or rest. Mindfulness and intuitive guidance that make room for both your light and your shadow.
Learn with my Courses.
Self-paced courses to turn the “someday” dreams in your head into an actual plan, and to build rituals that nurture your mind, body, and spirit along the way.
Listen to the Podcast.
Honest conversations about healing, identity, and what it means to be fully human, where healing is allowed to be messy and where the path isn’t linear- it’s a labyrinth.
Read my Book on healing.
Embrace the Dark is a guide to turning toward the parts of yourself you were taught to hide, and finding balance in life’s deepest shadows. Each chapter includes easy-to-learn practices to deepen your healing.
my mission
Why I do “what I do”…
I do this work because I’ve lived it.
Infertility. Infidelity. Treatment-resistant depression. A major career change, divorce, and sexual abuse. It’s all there, in my own long, disorienting dark nights of the soul. I’m not coming to this from the outside looking in. I’m someone who has had to find her own way through pain that doesn’t resolve neatly, and that experience is woven into everything I bring to this work.
I’m not your typical therapist. I’m not just going to ask “how does that make you feel?” on a loop, or sit across from you with a notepad, nodding at a careful distance. What I will do is show up fully, meet you where you are, and work with you, using my clinical training, my intuition, and my own experiences to help you make real connections and create real change.
You can expect to be challenged in our work together. I don’t offer advice and will continually turn those questions back to you, so you can learn to know yourself, trust yourself, and grow more deeply into the person you have always been, beneath layers of hurt and hardship.
I won’t always tell you that you’re right; I’ll question your assumptions, invite you into new practices and behaviors, and we will absolutely have some conversations that feel uncomfortable. We’ll talk about the things people don’t usually say out loud — sex, money, grief, belief systems, the stories you’ve been telling yourself for years. Nothing is off the table.
This isn’t therapy that happens to you. It’s therapy you’re in, fully, with someone who genuinely knows what it costs to do this kind of work — and what it’s worth.
