• Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy: Ketamine-Assisted, or Preparation & Integration

Whether you have experienced psychedelic medicines on your own, in a group, or with a guide, it can be difficult to find someone who can help you interpret and understand those experiences in a therapeutic setting, without judgment or fear.

If you are looking to integrate past experiences or would like to learn more about the therapeutic options for your own expanded state work, I have years of experience and training to support you.

At this time, Ketamine is the only medicine legally available for psychedelic-assisted therapy in Minnesota, where I am licensed. As a dissociative anesthetic, it is both safe and a powerful medicine to seek healing on a deep, non-logical level.

This happens by combining my background and training, with the medicine of Ketamine for therapeutic purposes, and the support of Journey Clinical as a prescription provider.

My training and the therapy models I utilize:

Internal Family Systems Therapy, Archetypes & Dreamwork, Somatic Therapy, Ancestral/Inherited Trauma, Intuition, and “Psychoeducation” - learning about how you and your brain work. (Be prepared for the occasional reading or homework).

    Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Protocol:

KAP Therapy is most effective with 6-8 medicine sessions, combined with 1:1 integration sessions after each KAP session.

    This looks like:

1-3 Preparation sessions, prior to meeting with Journey Clinical

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy sessions are 120-150 minutes, and are $350/session.

Integration sessions are 30-60 minutes and are $150/hour.

Meet at least 1x per week; one KAP session and one Integration session.

Journey Clinical cost is $300 for the first meeting + 2 session doses and $250 for the second meeting, plus additional 4-6 doses.

Expectation of a 4+ session commitment.

*It is up to my discretion to move forward with making a Journey Clinical referral. Journey Clinical also reserves the right to deny medication, based on physical and mental health disclosures.

    Limited sliding-scale fees available.
