There are many different version of therapy and personal growth work available. People can choose to work with a therapist/coach for weeks, months, or years. A cornerstone of my personal philosophy, and the way I work best with clients, is to think of our time together as impactful and time-bound.

This is for a season of your life, not your whole life. Coming in with this mentality and understanding will, I hope, make the sessions more focused and directed, so that you can get the tools and support you need, for a specific period of time in your life.

Working With Kelly
Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

While I am supportive of the legalization of specific substances and medicines to enhance a therapeutic experience, at this time, Ketamine is the only medicine legally available for psychedelic-assisted therapy in Minnesota, where I am licensed. As a dissociative anesthetic, it is both safe and a powerful medicine to seek healing on a deep, non-logical level.

This happens by combining my background and training, with the medicine of Ketamine for therapeutic purposes, and the support of a prescription provider.

My training and the therapy models I utilize:
Internal Family Systems Therapy, Archetypes & Dreamwork, Somatic Therapy, Ancestral/Inherited Trauma, Intuition, and “Psychoeducation” – learning about how you and your brain work. (Be prepared for the occasional reading or homework).

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Protocol:
KAP Therapy is most effective with 6-8 medicine sessions, combined with 1:1 integration sessions after each KAP session.

This looks like:
– 1-3 Preparation sessions, prior to meeting with the prescriber.
– Ketamine-Assisted Therapy sessions are 120-150 minutes, and are $350/session.
– Integration sessions are 30-60 minutes and are $150/hour.
Meet at least 1x per week; one KAP session and one Integration session.

The prescription cost is typically $250 for the initial consultation + the cost of medicine (for 2 session doses) and $250 for the second meeting, plus additional 4-6 doses.

*It is up to my discretion to move forward with making a prescriber referral. The Ketamine prescriber also reserves the right to deny medication, based on physical and mental health disclosures.

What my clients have to say about working with me:

When people ask me “who” I work with, I never quite know how to answer that question. I’ve worked with couples, individuals, children, and adults. Currently, I only work with adults, and typically only individuals rather than couples, but more important than what my client looks like or who they are, is whether they resonate with my message and if they are willing to do the hard work of embracing the dark AND the light.

  • When my husband and I had our first session with Kelly, we were one argument away from divorce. Our family was broken and she was our last resort. She gave us an immediate sense of care, compassion and empathy all in a safe space. We saw a light at the end of the tunnel. She truly tailored our sessions to best fit our needs. We did a mix of couples, individual and family sessions. With her knowledge we were given the tools we desperately needed to help ourselves. We continue to reference back to those skills even to this day. Our family is thriving today and I definitely attribute that to our time spent with her.

  • Kelly helped my husband and me navigate the unimaginable grief of losing our 14-month-old son. Through her compassion and guidance, we were able to move through our pain together, communicate more openly, and grow stronger in our relationship. Her support made an incredible difference in our healing.mers.

  • Kelly made it safe for me to finally acknowledge what I’d been through. Each visit was filled with kindness, insight, and support (and some laughs), and I learned how to navigate life and healing on my own terms. I still carry what I learned with me as I move forward.

  • Therapy is clearly more than a job for Kelly, it is her calling. I leave every session with a sense of hope and possibility for my own growth and healing, and I learn more about myself and the parts of me, week after week.
